Turning off free delivery once your hardcopy order date has passed

This article explains how to deactivate free delivery of hardcopy books, for orders placed after your bookseller's cut-off date.

If your institution has enabled hardcopy purchasing in Engage, your Snapplify Authorised Bookseller will have let you know the deadline for hardcopy orders.

Once this date has passed, free delivery to your premises is no longer an option and you will need to turn off free delivery within Engage so that this is clear to users when placing their orders.


To deactivate free delivery and set the delivery fee:

  1. Navigate to ‘Settings’ when logged in to Engage and scroll down to ‘Procurement’.
  2. Under 'Free Shipping', select 'No'.
  3. If applicable, update the 'Shipping Price', and 'Shipping Note' fields.
  4. Click 'Save'.
