Authorising email domains for registration

If your institution is signed up for Engage, you can authorise specific domains so that anyone with an email address ending with that domain will be able to register and join your Engage platform.

If your domain is set for, for example, a student with the email address will be authorised to register automatically.

To manage authorised email domains:

  1. Log in to Engage.
  2. In the menu on the left side of your screen, under ‘Users’, click ‘Invite Users’.
  3. On the page ‘Manage invitations’, click the button ‘Add authorised email domains’.
  4. Type your authorised domains into the white text box and hit ‘Save’.

To tell your students how to join, we’ve included a handy template for you. Simply click ‘Authorised Email Domains Template’ at the bottom of the ‘Manage Authorised Email Domains’ page and copy the text to send to your students.
