Bulk Purchasing via Engage

To streamline the process of rolling out e-learning at your school, you may wish to arrange a bulk purchase – just like when you run your procurement process for physical textbooks, but simpler. We’re here to assist you every step of the way with bulk purchases per grade and per stream, so that every student is equipped with the tools to succeed. If you would like to request a quotation or place an order for a bulk ebook purchase, you will need to provide us with the following information:

  1. Print ISBN
  2. Digital ISBN
  3. Title
  4. Publisher
  5. Grade
  6. Quantity

Payment for bulk purchases by institutions

After receiving your quote, and deciding to go ahead with the bulk order, you will have to make payment in advance via EFT.

The banking details for this EFT payment are provided on your quotation. Please ensure that you include the reference number provided on your quotation as the payment reference, and email your proof of payment to

Once payment, and proof thereof has been received, we will assign the credit to your school's engage account.

Assigning books to student user accounts

The Admin user of the school will then be able to assign books to the students. This can be done in by assigning groups of students with a certain booklist relevant to the user group.

The schools credit on Engage will then decrease with the value and quantity of the books assigned to the users.

Once the credit is depleted, the schools Engage account would have to be topped up.
