Resetting your password using the account recovery link

If you have forgotten your Snapplify password, or you simply wish to change it, you can reset the password using the account recovery link:

  1. Navigate to the Account Recovery page.
  2. Enter either your registered email address or Snapplify username – or both if you remember them.
  3. A password reset link will be sent to the registered email address. If you don't see it in your inbox within a few minutes, remember to check your spam folder.
  4. Click on the link in the email to change your password.

Resetting a password on the Snapplify store

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on sign-in:

  1. Navigate to the sign-in page on snapplify.com or snapplify.co.ke.
  2. Click 'Forgot Password?'.
  3. Type your registered email address into the block and click ‘Send’.
  4. An email to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address. If you don't see it in your inbox within a few minutes, remember to check your spam folder.
  5. Click on the link in the email to change your password.

 

Resetting a password in the Snapplify Reader application

You can reset it using the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on sign-in to the Snapplify Reader app:

  1. On any device (iOS, Android, Windows and macOS), tap on the ‘Forgot password?’ link on sign-in to the app, then type in your email address.
  2. An email to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address. If you don't see it in your inbox within a few minutes, remember to check your spam folder.
  3. Click on the link in the email to change your password.
