Resetting your password

Resetting a password on the Snapplify store

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on sign-in:

  1. Navigate to the sign-in page on snapplify.com or snapplify.co.ke.
  2. Click 'Forgot Password?'.
  3. An email to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address. If you don't see it in your inbox within a few minutes, remember to check your spam folder.

Resetting a password in the Snapplify Reader application

  • On iOS, tap on the ‘Forgot password?’ link on sign-in, then type in your email address to reset.
  • On Android, hit the ‘Forgot password?’ link on sign-in, then type in your email address to reset.
  • Windows and macOS, click the ‘Forgot password?’ link on sign-in, then type in your email address to reset.
