As long as you have the 'Administrator' role assigned to your user account, you can quickly change or update a username or a password on behalf of another user in Engage. 😁👍
To edit a user’s login:
- After logging in to Engage, head to the Users section.
- Click on the user’s username to open their user page.
- Click on ‘Edit Login’. Here you can edit the username and password.
- Once you’ve amended all of the information, click on ‘Save’ to confirm your changes.
