Making use of your school's unique Engage domain

This article is for ADMINISTRATORS. 💾

Your unique Engage domain is your school’s own URL for Engage. 🦄 This not only gives your school ownership of your e-learning environment, but it is helpful to teachers and students, who can use the easy-to-remember URL to navigate to Engage quickly and without any fuss.

To find your school’s Engage domain, you will need to have Admin permissions for your Engage platform:

  1. Log in to Engage and navigate to ‘Settings’.
  2. Under the display name (usually the name of your school), you will see the unique URL for your Engage platform.

  3. On this page, you can also add your school logo to your Engage platform by clicking the upload icon in the block on the right-hand side of the screen.

To ensure that learners and teachers know exactly where to access your Engage portal, share your school’s unique Engage URL with students in a blog post or email, or on Snapplify posters that you can hang up around your school – in your library, classrooms, hallways, or admin office. Each poster includes a spot for you to fill in your school’s specific domain name.
