If you log in to the Snapplify Reader application and find that some books that were previously available are now missing, there may be a problem updating the Library on your device. This is usually related to the internet connection.
To resolve the issue, sign out and sign in again. Please ensure the following:
- Sign out of your user account.
- Shut down the application completely.
- Re-open the application and sign back in.
If problems persist, check your app store for updates to ensure that you have the most recent version of the Snapplify Reader app.
