Keeping parents informed about purchasing textbooks

This article provides email templates that you can use to send to parents to let them know about purchasing digital and/or hardcopy textbooks via Snapplify Engage.

To assist your school through the busy end-of-year wrap-up, and purchasing for the next academic year, we’ve written up a short draft email that you can copy and paste, and send to your school’s parents with just a few tweaks. ✍️✉️

If you're purchasing ebooks via Snapplify Engage:

To buy your child's prescribed textbooks for the new term/year, follow these simple instructions for purchasing books in Engage

If you have any questions or need help, do not hesitate to get in touch with the Snapplify Customer Service Team. You can email them at help@snapplify.com, or send a chat message in Engage using the chatbot in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

If you're purchasing both digital and hardcopy books via Snapplify Engage:

Dear Parent,

As always, we're committed to providing our students with the resources they need to achieve academic success. We're proud to partner with Snapplify to harness time-saving digital purchasing tools when ordering both digital and hardcopy prescribed books.

To buy your child's prescribed textbooks for the new term/year, follow these simple instructions for purchasing books in Engage

The deadline for orders is [Date].

Please finalise your child's book order before this date to ensure your child's books are delivered in time. If the deadline is missed, parents will be responsible for collecting the order from the bookseller’s premises or for paying any additional delivery fees to have their order delivered to them directly.
