Books can be transferred from one account to another in specific circumstances. This will usually occur if a parent created an account in their child’s name and purchased books on their behalf.
Ideally, accounts should be created in the student's name instead to avoid this scenario. Please note that books may not be transferred from one student to another, where the latter student wishes to ‘reuse’ that title the following year.
Should you wish to transfer books from one account to another, please send an email to our Snapplify support team on firstname.lastname@example.org who will assist you with the transfer.
Please ensure that you provide us with the correct usernames (old and new) to simplify the transfer process.
