Informing parents about the textbooks your school has purchased for their child

To assist your school through the busy end-of-year wrap-up, we’ve written up a short draft email that explains how parents can help their child to start using the textbooks your school has bought via Snapplify Engage. 

All you need to do is copy and paste the text below, tweak any relevant information, then send it to your school’s parents. 

Thanks to Snapplify Early Access, you can send this email to parents before you've even made payment, since students will have instant access to their ebooks as soon as you've linked their user group to the relevant prescribed list.

Email Subject: How to access e-textbooks for the new term/year

Dear Parent,

As always, we're committed to providing our students with the tools they need to achieve academic success. We're proud to partner with Snapplify to provide our students with top-quality textbooks from leading publishers.

Your child should now be able to access their prescribed textbooks for the new term/year. In order to read the books, they will need to download the free Snapplify Reader app (if they haven't already) and then download the books to the app.
