Archiving a resource in Engage is a helpful way to keep your active list tidy without permanently deleting content. Archived resources are stored safely and can be restored later if needed.

To Archive a resource:

  1. Go to the Library section of Engage and access 'Resources'.

  2. Find the resource you want to archive.Screenshot of the 'Resource' section in Snapplify Engage, showing a list of active resources with titles, keywords, and owners. Includes options to add a new resource or move resources. Example resources include an education presentation, a marketing assignment, and a podcast episode on La Sagrada Familia
  3. Select the resource and choose 'Archive' on the top.Resource titled 'Wikipedia Page | Macbeth' with a description linking to a Wikipedia summary of Shakespeare's play 'Macbeth'. Includes 'Edit' and 'Archive' buttons, and a section showing the resource owner’s name and email.
  4. Confirm your choice to archive the resource.Confirmation dialog box with the message 'Are you sure you want to archive?' and two buttons: 'No' (disabled) and 'Yes' (highlighted in green).
