If you log in to the Snapplify Reader application and find that some books that were previously available are now missing, there may be a problem updating the library on your device. This is usually related to the internet connection.


To resolve the issue:

  1. Check your app store for updates to ensure that you have the most recent version of the Snapplify Reader app.
  2. Sign out of your user account.
  3. Shut down the application completely.
  4. Re-open the application and sign back in.
