If you can’t find books that you’ve purchased or downloaded in the Snapplify Reader app, follow these steps to restore them:
- Check for App updates - Using an outdated app may cause syncing issues. Make sure you’re using the latest version
- Check your connection and device storage -Ensure you have a stable internet connection and check that there is enough space on your device for downloads.
- Sign out and sign back in
Tap on the icon in the top right corner (with the image of a character).
Select Sign Out.
- Open the Snapplify Reader app
- Select the method of authentication you used when registering your profile (Username & Password, Google, Microsoft, etc.).
- This can help trigger a full library refresh
