If you can’t find books that you’ve purchased or downloaded in the Snapplify Reader app, follow these steps to restore them: 


  1. Check for App updates - Using an outdated app may cause syncing issues. Make sure you’re using the latest version    
  2. Check your connection and device storage -Ensure you have a stable internet connection and check that there is enough space on your device for downloads.
  3. Sign out and sign back in 
  • Tap on the icon in the top right corner (with the image of a character).

  • Select Sign Out.    

  • Open the Snapplify Reader app
  • Select the method of authentication you used when registering your profile (Username & Password, Google, Microsoft, etc.). 

  • This can help trigger a full library refresh
