It's important to update your Snapplify Reader app regularly. This ensures optimal performance with the latest version of the operating system you're using, which means that you'll always have the best possible reading experience.
When a new version of the app is released, you may also receive a notification in the Snapplify Reader app to download the new version.
To get the latest version of the Snapplify Reader app, you never need to uninstall and reinstall the app. Rather, you simply need to update it.
To update the Snapplify Reader app across different operating systems
- Open the browser on your device and navigate to getsnapplify.com.
- Click the icon for the operating system you are using.
Note: If you're using Windows 10, click the Microsoft icon. If you're using Windows 7, click the Windows icon.
- Follow the prompts to download and install the updated version of the application.
If you're a Windows / Microsoft user: Before you click on the 'Update' button to update your Snapplify Reader in the Microsoft Store, make sure the Snapplify Reader application is closed. If it is not, the Microsoft Store will give you an error message. If your Windows device is owned by your institution, you will require your IT Admin to process the updates for you.
