This guide explains how to view analytics for a specific user in Snapplify Engage.


Steps to View Individual User Analytics

1. Sign in to your Snapplify Engage platform.

2. Open the platform settings.

3. In the navigation panel under Management, select Users.

4. From the list of users, select the name of the individual whose analytics you want to review.

5. On the user's profile page, select Analytics at the top.

You will now see the user's analytics page, which includes various metrics about their activity within the platform.


All Engage clients have access to basic analytics, which are generated within 24 hours after the initial review. This feature provides simplied data.
