You can monitor whether there are users who have not yet purchased the books that have been assigned to them across all prescribed lists, using the Outstanding functionality in Engage.
This feature provides an overview of all the users who still have outstanding orders on all prescribed lists, enabling you to easily see who does not have their content yet, without having to check each prescribed list individually.
To see which users still need to buy their assigned books on all prescribed lists
1. Once logged in to Engage, navigate to the outstanding section by clicking 'Textbooks' then 'Outstanding'
2. All outstanding prescribed titles are displayed on the 'Outstanding' tab, by default. From here, you'll have a view of all the users who still need to purchase titles, their number of outstanding titles, their prescribed lists, as well as the titles that still need to be purchased.
3. Navigate to the 'Owned' tab to see the details of titles that users have already purchased across all prescribed lists.
4. Click the 'All' tab to see a summary of users' outstanding and owned titles across all prescribed lists.
