When your educational institution purchases library books, they are added to the Engage library as owned titles that can be loaned out to users.


If you only want to see books that your institution's library owns, you can quickly and easily filter your search using the advanced search feature in Engage. This ensures that all the titles already purchased are displayed in the library.

Steps to Filter by Owned Titles

  1.  Open Your Library: Navigate to your Engage Library.
  2. Access the Advance Search: Locate the search bar and select the advanced search option..
  3. Select 'Owned Titles': Apply the Owned Titles filter to display only books your institution has purchased.
  4. Browse Your Filtered Results: Review the updated book list to see only the titles your institution owns. 


This feature helps you quickly find available resources without browsing through books that may not be accessible to your users.


If you're interested in reading any of the books, you can borrow titles from the library.
