Google has ended support for Chrome apps on Chrome OS. This means that we are deprecating the Chrome version of the Snapplify Reader app but you will still be able to install the Android reader app from the Google Play Store.
You won't lose your content. Once you've reinstalled the Snapplify Reader app via Google Play, simply sign in with your Snapplify account to retrieve all your existing content, including any highlights and notes or bookmarks you've saved.
To move to the Android reader app on your Chrome OS device
- Navigate to getsnapplify.com on your device.
- Select Android from the list of device types.
- You'll be redirected to Snapplify on the Google Play Store. From here, click the 'Install on more devices' button.
- Follow the prompts to complete the installation. Once installed, sign in to the reader app using your Snapplify account.
If you're having issues with downloading the Snapplify Reader app on the Google Play Store, here's how to troubleshoot the problem.
