If you are an Institution in South Africa, Setting up the Snapplify and YourSchoolBox solution for your school is straightforward. Before diving into the stationery setup, it's important to ensure that your school is fully set up on Snapplify Engage and that all students have active Snapplify accounts. If this hasn't been completed yet, we'll handle these steps alongside the stationery list setup to make sure everything is ready to go.


Reach Out to Snapplify:

  • Contact us at growth@snapplify.com to express your interest in setting up the Snapplify and YourSchoolBox solution for your institution. Provide details such as your school name, location, and the grade levels you want to include.
  • If your school also needs to purchase stationery for staff, you can qualify for a 30% discount on these orders. Please mention this requirement in your initial request to ensure you receive the appropriate discount.

Initial Information Required:

  • Ensure you provide your institution's stationery lists per grade. This information is crucial for setting up the correct product lists on YourSchoolBox. If your stationery list isn’t ready, the Snapplify Adoption Team will guide you on what’s needed.
  • Use our handy template to make the process easier and ensure all necessary fields are covered.
  • Once your purchase decision is made, the Snapplify Sales Team will initiate a ticket and hand over the details to the Snapplify Adoption Team to start the onboarding process.
  • The Snapplify Adoption Team will review your setup details and coordinate with YourSchoolBox.

After the stationery list setup is complete, You can now enable the YourSchoolBox App in your Apps gallery
