When you pay for your child's books in Engage, you have the flexibility to make payments in your own currency, using your preferred payment method.

Engage supports payments via debit and credit card, EFT and Instant EFT, mobile money payments, and payments using Snapplify Credit.
We recommend paying via credit card, as the books will be available immediately.
If you choose to pay via EFT, you'll need to send a proof of payment. It can take 1–2 business days to process your order before the books are available. For EFT payments, we suggest planning ahead a few days in advance to make sure your child has everything they need.
To make payments on Snapplify Engage, follow the instructions for your preferred payment method:
Paying via EFT
- Follow the steps to buy books for your child in Engage.
- Once you are redirected to the payment page, select 'Pay via EFT'.
Tick the checkboxes at the base of the payment page to confirm you have read and understood the terms, conditions, and purchasing policy; then click the ‘Pay Now’ button.
You'll receive an email from Snapplify confirming your order, with instructions for finalising payment.
When making EFT payments, you'll need to email your proof of payment and reference number (which can be found in the order confirmation email) to orders@snapplify.com.
Paying via credit or debit card
- Follow the steps to buy books for your child in Engage.
- Once you are redirected to the payment page, select 'Credit & Debit Card'.
- Enter the required information.
- Tick the checkboxes at the base of the payment page to confirm you have read and understood the terms, conditions, and purchasing policy.
- Click the ‘Pay Now’ button and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
Paying via Instant EFT
- Follow the steps to buy books for your child in Engage.
- Once you are redirected to the payment page, select 'Instant EFT'.
- Tick the checkboxes at the base of the payment page to confirm you have read and understood the terms, conditions, and purchasing policy; then click the ‘Pay Now’ button.
- You will be redirected to PayU for secure verification. Select your bank, then follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
Paying via Snapplify Credit
- Follow the steps to buy books for your child in Engage.
- Once you are redirected to the payment page, select 'Use Snapplify Credit', then click the associated 'Sign In' button.
- You'll be redirected to the Engage sign-in page, where you'll need to sign in again with your child's Snapplify account.
- Once signed in, the payment screen displays your available Snapplify Credit. To confirm the use of your Snapplify Credit to make the purchase, tick the checkboxes at the base of the payment page to confirm you have read and understood the terms, conditions, and purchasing policy.
- Click the ‘Pay Now’ button and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
Paying via mobile money
- Follow the steps to buy books for your child in Engage.
- Once you are redirected to the payment page, select 'Direct Pay Mobile Money'.
- Tick the checkboxes at the base of the payment page to confirm you have read and understood the terms, conditions, and purchasing policy; then click the ‘Pay Now’ button.
- You will be redirected to Direct Pay Online. Log in or complete your personal details, ensure that mobile is selected as the payment method, then follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
Paying via Sticitt
- Follow the steps to buy books for your child in Engage.
- Once you are redirected to the payment page, select 'Sticitt Payment'
- Tick the checkboxes at the base of the payment page to confirm you have read and understood the terms, conditions, and purchasing policy; then click the ‘Pay Now’ button.
- You will be redirected to Sticitt to enter your details and confirm payment.
