If a multimedia resource that has been shared with you is not appearing in your Reader, follow these steps to locate it:


Confirm That You Are Part of the Assigned Group

Multimedia resources are often shared with specific groups in Engage. If you are not part of the assigned group, you will not be able to access the resource. Contact your teacher or administrator to confirm your group membership.


Check the Resources Section in the Reader

Multimedia resources are available within the Resources section of the Reader. To access them:

  • Open the Reader application.
  • Navigate to the Resources section.
  • Look for the missing resource in the list of available items.

Refresh Your Library

If the resource is still not visible, try refreshing your library:

  • Ensure you are connected to the internet.
  • Go to All in the Reader.
  • Perform a manual refresh to update available content.

Verify That the Resource Has Been Properly Shared

If the resource remains missing, confirm with the sender (teacher or administrator) that it has been correctly assigned to your group.
