Once you’ve become a Snapplify Authorised Bookseller (by signing an agreement with Snapplify) schools can appoint you as their preferred bookseller via their Engage platform. You’ll then assist them with prescribed and retail book orders—whether digital, physical, or both.
If you provide this added service to the school, you’ll earn revenue share based on ebook sales or by upselling paid tiers of Engage.
Appointments & Role Setup
- School invites you: Institutions must invite you to their Engage platform.
- As a Snapplify Bookseller: Snapplify's Marketplace team will reach out to you for onboarding and to get you set up and familiar with Snapplify procurement tools.
With the Engage Bookseller user role, you will be able to:
- Set up prescribed lists in Engage
- Link an existing user group to a prescribed list
- Generate printable quotations in Engage
- Configure Procurement settings, including shipping fees, minimum order value, free‑shipping expiration dates, and shipping pricing

If you will be supplying hardcopy books to a school, this will need to be set by the Snapplify team before the school sets up their orders. Schools need to email education@snapplify.com to set their preferred bookseller.
